in the episode " army of ghosts" or " doomsday" back to back. on doctor who we see the first glimpse of martha jones. She then dies afterwards when the doctor realises that she has something in her ear. if she dies in those episodes how come she becomes the doctors acomplaise afterwards. answer if you know plzzz

She left at the end of season 3 and i heard that she was suppose to come back in the middle of season 4 and the ending of season 3 makes it sound like she will end up coming back sooner than later
