Doctor Who - Who is the mysterious Mr Harold Saxon?
It is rumoured that he is the Master. Do you think this is true? Have a look at the websites below. The second in particular seems to confirm the rumour. Judging by that it could either be the Master or Omega. The website referenced above seems to confirm he is the master, but this could well be a classic bit of misdirection.
