In the goblet of fire film after the quiditch tournament at the beigining the death eaters came and set fire to the place, then a man came from the shadows and cast the dark lords mark into the sky. To me he looks like david tennant, is it?? Can someone shed some light on this and maybe more infor if possible.

So you know that time lords have 13 lives the one they're born with and 12 regenerations , david tennant was the tenth doctor but he used a regeneration that kept him in the same form.he used enough energy to heal himself and siphoned the rest off into his hand, he still used the energy of a FULL regeneration so after matt smith there should be one more doctor.i know the bbc will just conveniently find a way for him to have more regenerations, but i just wanted to point this out.
